ABSTRACT:
Smart Assistant Carts represent an innovative automation solution in modern retail environments. This paper presents a low-cost IoT-based smart cart capable of real-time product identification, automatic billing, and customer guidance. Using RFID technology, Arduino microcontrollers, LCD displays, cloud integration and mobile alerts, the system eliminates manual billing queues, reduces checkout time, and enhances the overall shopping experience. Experimental results demonstrate high accuracy in product detection and billing reliability, achieving significant time savings over traditional checkout methods.
